Well, it was between palace coffee, and a few other local options for us. We made the choice to go with palace coffee, and boy are we glad we did. It was amazing. Not only was the coffee, top-notch, the pastries and cookies were amazing as well. The location is outstanding and the workers are incredible. My only knock on the place is that the parking was a little odd, but we did come in on time. So, the parking lot being crowded is understandable, given the time of day that we came. I highly recommend it.

Very cute downtown like shop, the coffee was excellent! I recommend the bluebonnet iced coffee! It was amazing, staff was very friendly and made a mean coffee! Totally recommend for someone traveling like us and want a great coffee without the risk of being in a new area and not knowing good local shops.

Love the coffee here! We tried some pastries this time and they weren’t “generic” tasting like from a box, but were quality and would definitely get again. Love the atmosphere here too with all of the seating.

The BEST surprise in this sweet little town. They are the most kind and charity oriented. The music and ambience is cozy and fantastic. Oh yeah, and the coffee is on point. Would give more stars if I could. Love companies that operate like these guys. They deserve all the patronage in the world!

We come every Saturday morning with our “adult” family and get delicious coffees and a tea and play board games. The staff is wonderful and always take great care of us. It has become a great habit for us to have bonding time as a family in this great establishment! Thank you Palace!

Super neat coffee shop. It was quite busy inside and the vibes were chill. My iced coffee was tasty as well! Would get more coffee here again next time I'm in Canyon.

This place was great! It’s in a neat old building on the square, very cool atmosphere inside. The girl who took our order was so friendly and nice. The iced lattes were really good and you have to try the bacon breakfast burrito. The salsa that comes with it is phenomenal! We’ll definitely be stopping by on our way back thru.
